Our beautiful High Waisted Bloomers have a gathered elasticated waist and elastic around the legs. Perfect to pop over nappies or underwear for a cool and comfortable look. Cooler months they can be paired with stockings and boots.
The Tallulah Bloomers come in various fabrics and prints. Fabric used are viscose & 100% muslin.
